Challenge-

Interpolated coordination of up to 27 servo axis providing 6 degree of freedom of tooling motion during joining processes of fuselages, wing, & tail section joins. Provides a user-friendly HMI interface for both auto and manual functionality.

Strategy-

Understand manual processes and provide automation to improve throughput, accuracy, and worker safety utilizing commercial off the shelf automation processors and devices.
